By creating an account and using FlashFox, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the platform.

FlashFox provides revision materials for:

• • AQA and Edexcel GCSE Combined Science
• • AQA and Edexcel GCSE Triple Science
• • AQA A Level Chemistry

Additional GCSE and A Level subjects will be added progressively.

FlashFox is an independent revision platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by AQA, Edexcel or any other examination board.

All content is provided for personal educational use only.

FlashFox is designed to complement and support the work completed in school and independent study. It does not replace classroom teaching, homework, practical work, teacher assessment or formal examination preparation delivered by schools.

FlashFox supports academic progress but does not guarantee specific grades or examination outcomes.

FlashFox provides progress tracking, performance analytics and indicative grade estimates based on activity within the platform.

These grade indicators:

• • Are generated from platform performance data
• • Are not official predicted grades
• • Do not replace teacher assessments or school reports
• • Do not guarantee examination results

They are designed solely to provide feedback and highlight trends to support improvement.

Each subscription is intended for individual use only. Accounts must not be shared with others.

Subscription plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Students may opt in or opt out of progress and celebration emails at any time within their account settings.

FlashFox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, unauthorised sharing or breach of these terms is identified.

All intellectual property rights in FlashFox content, including but not limited to flashcards, text, platform design, branding, graphics and data visualisations, remain the property of FlashFox.

Content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use may result in account termination and legal action where appropriate.

Users agree not to:

• • Share login credentials
• • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or replicate the platform
• • Use automated systems to extract content
• • Use FlashFox for commercial purposes
• • Upload malicious or harmful material

FlashFox aims to provide continuous access to the platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates or improvements.

FlashFox reserves the right to update content, improve features and expand subject offerings at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlashFox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

FlashFox may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
