Refund Policy

FlashFox provides digital educational content that is accessible immediately upon purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that access to digital content begins immediately after payment is confirmed.

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not provided once access to the platform has been granted.

This includes:

• • Change of mind
• • Not using the platform
• • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
• • Dissatisfaction where content has been accessed
• • Partial use of the subscription period

Once access has begun, the service is considered delivered.

If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom, you may normally have a statutory 14 day cooling off period for online purchases.

However, by completing your purchase and accessing FlashFox immediately, you:

• • Provide express consent for digital content to be supplied immediately
• • Acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once access begins

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital content.

Under UAE consumer protection law, refunds are not required for digital services that have been delivered as described and accessed by the user.

Refunds will not be provided unless:

• • There has been a billing error
• • The service is materially defective
• • Access cannot be provided due to a technical fault on our side

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not qualify for a refund.

It is the subscriber's responsibility to manage cancellation through their account settings before the next billing date.

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of FlashFox in exceptional circumstances.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting FlashFox, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the associated account.
